Shipping policy

We regret that we cannot guarantee delivery for any specific date, nor can we be responsible for any delays in shipping once the package has left our hands. Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, there have been unpredictable service slowages; these are exacerbated during the holiday shopping period.

Domestic orders are shipped USPS priority and include insurance in case of loss or damage. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will discuss options available for starting a claim. Please understand that while we will work with you to locate or replace lost items, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

International orders are shipped USPS first-class package international; tracking is not available once the package leaves the United States. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit outside of the country.

Due to covid-19 service interruptions, we currently cannot ship packages to Australia or New Zealand. Due to changes in VAT laws we cannot currently accept orders from the UK from this website; depending on stock availability, orders to the UK can still be arranged. Please email your inquiry to hello@mythicfamiliar.com. We cannot ship any leather goods to Italy. If purchasing from outside the USA, you are responsible for knowing your country's import and customs restrictions. Buyers are responsible for any/all import taxes and duties.
